Proceeds benefit a multitude of mission projects of Salem UMC, including Mission Trips! The Salem Seniors were scheduled to make a day trip to the Biblical History Center in LaGrange, GA on Thursday, March 23, 2017. However, the center booked up to maximum capacity and we were not able to secure reservations. We anticipate rescheduling this outing to the Fall of 2017, when perhaps there will be less crowds (due to it not being Lent!).
At any rate, this is a good lesson that it is always helpful for each of us to sign up for events EARLY in the process, so that we'll help those preparing for the event! |
