"Safe Sanctuary" is simply a policy which adopts practices to protect the welfare of our children and youth, as well as guarding against misunderstandings regarding persons who minister with them. It includes such things as a two-adult rule, background checks on those regularly involved in ministry with children or youth, and training about creating a safe environment.
